- Everywhere in Canada, delivery is free by standard shipping with Canada Post. For orders outside of Canada, shipping fees apply at the time of purchase, as well as customs fees upon arrival in your country. Customs fees vary depending on the regulations in force in your country.
- It usually takes 1 to 5 business days for to prepare your online order. Please note that during sales or promotions, process time may be longer than expected.
- You should receive your order within 3-10 business days after shipping confirmation.
- Fornix is not responsible for the lost of a parcel, delivery errors or damaged parcels. It is the responsibility of the consumer to verify the delivery information before finalizing the order.
